AchieveWorks^® Skills, part of the AchieveWorks suite, looks at the skills that are critical in both school and the workplace. Ensure students are prepared for college – and one day the workplace – with a greater understanding of their skillset and ways to develop individual skills.

Show high school seniors what their top aptitudes and soft skills are, how they can be built over time, and which employment and career opportunities suit them best. When retakes are charted over time, students can see their skillset – and opportunities – grow. Written specifically for students 15 years and up, AchieveWorks Skills can be completed in less than 20 minutes.

Aligned with 50 years of ongoing HEXACO research, AchieveWorks Skills provides insight into the complex skills identified as critical for academic and employment success. 19 distinct skill facets comprise six skills within the report: commitment, creativity, critical thinking, leadership, social-emotional and systems. Along with their results, students will find details for each skill, ways to develop skill facets and a list of careers that match their top skills.
