Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to Human eSources, Ltd. websites and products, so that you will understand our privacy practices.

Digital and Electronic Communications
When you visit Human eSources, Ltd. websites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. And, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, by telephone, or from within your accounts. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you digitally or electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Human eSources, Ltd. reserves the right to contact the user with regard to the program(s) and services it offers and to forward and make available to user additional information or offers about other Human eSources, Ltd. products and services and those of its partners.

Personal Information
A User may request to have their information either changed or removed from our database at any time. User will contact support@humanesources.com to make such request.

Product Descriptions
Human eSources, Ltd. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Human eSources, Ltd. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Human eSources, Ltd. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund if it is in unused condition.

Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to Human eSources, Ltd. websites that are not resolvable between you and Human eSources, Ltd. will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to us at Human eSources, Ltd., PO Box 232, Marlborough, CT 06447. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, Human eSources, Ltd. will not to seek attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person at a mutually agreed location.

You and Human eSources, Ltd. each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

Returns and Refunds
Human eSources, Ltd. will issue a refund for products you purchase that are unused. At our discretion, a refund may be issued for products that have been used. To claim a refund contact us at support@humanesources.com.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Logins And Passwords

By visiting Human eSources, Ltd. websites, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Human eSources, Ltd.
