Ross Dickie

President & COO

Ross Dickie is responsible for all aspects of the business at Human eSources. He has worked in technology-related businesses for 40 years, with 23 years spent in the online software as a service (SaaS) space, where he leverages his proven leadership skills and years of business experience. Ross has held various senior executive sales and marketing roles within the education space at SRB Education Solutions (now PowerSchool), where he received StarDyne Technologies Triple Bottom Line Award for his management success, and Bridges Transitions (now XAP Corporation). Ross studied computer science before pursuing a business career in the emerging computer industry, where he was an owner and managing partner with Northern Computer Inc. He is a Certified MBTI Professional and was a course facilitator and mentor for the Stanford Graduate School of Business course, Design Thinking: From Insights to Viability. Ross holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from the University of Salford.

Keith Gaudreau

Keith Gaudreau

Vice President of Product

Keith Gaudreau is responsible for the strategic direction of Human eSources’ world class products and services. He is accountable for all aspects of products, including features/functionality, UI/UX, administration capabilities, reporting reliability and validity, and associated professional services offerings. Keith is an experienced executive leader spanning multiple verticals in both private and public sector organizations. He brings over 25 years of related technology and product management experience with more than 10 years focused in the K-12 space.

Nick Rabinovitch

Nick Rabinovitch

Director of Product Research & Design

Nick Rabinovitch oversees the educational content of our products and the resources that support those products. He works closely with educational research consultants and performs his own research to continually improve our current suite of products and set the direction for future products. Nick has worked in the online education and career development field for 19 years. Prior to that, he spent seven years as a high school teacher covering several subject areas including biology, physics, math and psychology. He has also worked in a medical research lab performing biological experiments, processing data and composing results for the research director. Nick has a bachelor of science degree in biological sciences and psychology and a bachelor of education in secondary education.

Tamara Jenson

Tamara Jensen

Director of Marketing

Tamara Jensen manages Human eSources’ marketing and communication. Her team looks after the company’s brands, research and promotional materials, website and blogs, partner marketing, conference marketing and strategy, email and social media communications. She has provided marketing services for a diverse range of clients over the past 23 years and has spent the past 16 years focused on the career and education field. Tamara holds a bachelor of business administration degree with honours and distinction and after work hours enjoys working with several local non-profit associations in a marketing consultation role.

Sandra Soucie

Sandra Soucie

Director of Customer Success

Sandra Soucie leads our Customer Success department, continuing our mission to provide excellent support to our customers and partners. She also assists with research on new product development. Sandra holds a master’s degree in psychology, and previously spent 10 years teaching postsecondary courses including research methods and cognitive psychology. In addition to teaching, her previous experience includes non-profit data, research, and grant management. Sandra is a Certified MBTI Professional.

Barbara Barron

Barbara Barron has been studying, teaching, and writing about personality type for 35 years. She is the co-author of four books on the subject including the best-seller DO WHAT YOU ARE: DISCOVER THE PERFECT CAREER FOR YOU THROUGH THE SECRETS OF PERSONALITY TYPE (Little, Brown and Co., 1992, 1995, 2001, 2007, 2014). She has been a highly sought-after speaker at multiple conferences and meetings, teaching professionals to apply the principles of type to help their clients, customers, and students make better personal and professional decisions. Barbara completed five national book tours and was a guest on Oprah, The Today Show (twice), and numerous other TV and radio programs. She lives in Marin County, California.

Gary E. Price, PhD, LCPC

Gary Price is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Kansas and professor emeritus of counseling psychology at the University of Kansas. He has been involved in researching learning styles since 1973, resulting in the Dunn, Dunn and Price Learning Style Inventory. Gary copyrighted the Learning Style Inventory in 1975. He has written extensively on the subject and his research appears in numerous professional publications. He has served as consultant-evaluator for various school systems, and also conducts workshops in the area of learning styles. Gary received the 1997 Counselor of the Year award and the 1999 Distinguished Service award from the Kansas Counseling Association and, in 2000, the Carl D. Perkins Government Relations award from the American Counseling Association.


Dennis Dahl, DLitt et Phil

Dennis Dahl began researching the intelligences and people’s perceptions of their own strengths and weaknesses when he was director and partner of Lifework Design Group, a career exploration program for unemployed and underemployed adults. Dennis is particularly interested in emotional intelligence and its role in school and everyday life functioning. Currently the learning specialist and coordinator of accessibility services at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in British Columbia, Dennis has been an educator of children and adults in both Canada and Africa for the last 43 years. During that time he has been a math and science teacher, consultant and workshop presenter in the area of learning disabilities, clinical counsellor, and school psychologist.
